here is some more list that i found out myself, some of them are really great company
The Mill- Motion Graphic/CGI Animation, The Mill is a Visual Effects company that is originally from London. They created a lot of different type of effects such as music video, TV commercial, and etc.
Galaxy 61- CG Animation, this a company that i got in touch with while i was TA for a precollege course. Galaxy 61 pretty much work on different type of 3D animation. It's still a little company, however its growing bigger and bigger.
Update - Here is a nice link provide by Yenvalmar, one of member from CG Society. Very nice website and contain most of CG company in NYC!!!!!
